As we look back on this past year, we're grateful for the opportunity to help businesses and individuals find exact products they need. From custom-made or bulk orders being shipped to large manufacturers on a tight deadline, to a single order on its way to someone working on a self-paced project, we value each and every product that leaves our facility! Throughout the pandemic we’ve continued to provide our customers with critical products to keep their manufacturing lines going and businesses producing their essential products. We know others are depending on us, so we’ve made every effort to follow CDC guidelines and keep our staff as healthy as possible.

It is our ongoing mission to provide our customers with the highest quality abrasive products at the best price and value, along with unsurpassed customer service. To this end, we launched a new ecommerce website in May to allow for an enhanced customer experience. The new site was designed to be fast and mobile friendly with streamline navigation to help everyone find what they need, when and where they’re shopping. It’s important to us that your entire shopping experience is positive from your initial search to the moment you check out. In order to continue to offer the highest quality selection we added two new vendors and a multitude of additional products (that we’re glad to hear our customers tell us they greatly appreciate). In January, our 3M distributorship gave us access to products in 3M’s main abrasives division, many of which are now available on our website.  As an allied distributor we provide skilled customer service and support to answer questions and help with anything needed before, during, and after purchase.

This fall we added a new line of Blue Talon cut-off wheels, manufactured by a new partner vendor, Falcon Abrasives. These abrasive wheels, formulated with hybrid engineered resins and synthetic abrasives, provide the highest performance for a wide range of cutting applications.
