Flexible flaps are arranged radially around a center core allowing high removal and finishing rates with reduced pressure and fatigue from operators. The flexibility of the flaps allows excellent control and conformability on contours and inside or around intricate parts. As the grains wear away, so does the cloth backing, continually exposing fresh abrasive material and sharp cutting grains.
