File Sanding Belts
Sparky Abrasives' File Sanding Belts are an essential tool used for sanding all types of metal, including stainless steel, steel, titanium, mica nickel, alloys and hardwood. We offer File Sanding Belts from 1/4" wide to 1-1/2" wide. These belts are available in Aluminum Oxide, Zirconia and Ceramic grains. Sparky Abrasive belts offer an aggressive cutting action and a long life on each belt.
Aluminum oxide belts are full resin bond, and have an "X" weight with cotton/polyester backing. Aluminum oxide is great as an all-purpose abrasive and the most common used abrasive on the market. Available in finer grits up to 400. Zirconia belts are made with premium alumina zirconia grain, are full resin bond, and have an "X" or "Y" weight polyester backing. Zirconia can last up to 5 times longer than aluminum oxide on tough applications! Ceramic belts are full resin bond, and have an "X" weight polyester backing. They are great for enhancing cut rates for faster and cooler stock removal on tough applications. Ceramic will out-perform zirconia in most hard to grind, tight tolerance finish requirements. All of these abrasive file sanding belts are available in grits 24 - 120.
Sparky Abrasives' custom makes each belt per order. We use premium grade VSM material in the manufacturing of our abrasive sanding belts. They usually ship in 1-3 days of ordering. Custom sizes available. Custom belts available 1/4" to 12" wide and up to 400" long.
